2. Products

Each Short While After necklace is handcrafted.

Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur. These natural differences are part of the design and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

Applicable taxes are included where required by law. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and displayed before payment.

Short While After reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed according to the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are generally processed within 24 business hours before being shipped.

Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it. Products remain available for purchase until checkout has been successfully completed.

Short While After reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or stock availability problems.

5. Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times are 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must:

Be unused
Be returned in their original packaging
Include all original accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned products have been received and inspected.

8. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers.

Short While After does not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

Orders will only be shipped once payment has been successfully authorised.

All content available on this website, including photographs, product designs, illustrations, logos, graphics, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of FLASHS SARL unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Short While After shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.

Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product concerned, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of France.
